GTL Geckos LLC guarantees safe shipping of leopard geckos with live animal assurance for your peace of mind.

Shipping
  • Shipping is always at the customer's expense unless the delivery is local

  • We charge a flat rate of $75 to most places in the U.S.

  • We always ship to your closest FedEx Hub and "Hold at the location"

  • We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays for following day delivery when the weather permits on both ends.

  • We understand everyone is anxious to receive their new additions to their colonies or home, but the safety of our animals comes first.

Refund/Return Policy

We don't have a no refund and return policy, if you are not happy with something that GTL Geckos LLC sold you within reason and can prove you didn't do any damage/harm to the animal, I will likely buy it back from you, buying from GTL Geckos is very safe and we are 100% honest.

  • In order to utilize our "live animal guarantee" you must provide a photo of the deceased animal within 1 hour of FedEx making it available for pickup.

On Hold Options

YES! We will accept payments and Hold onto animals until you are ready to receive them, this applies to all animals $200 and up and 50% down and the animal will hold for 30 days.

If you haven't reached out to us by then, we assume you love donating as much as we do and so we'll donate the money to USARK, please consider getting a membership with them and help them keep our rights in tact.

Anything below $200 is asked to be collected 100% down and we'll always hold as long as you need us to.

Important Information

Before reading what, we do and do not guarantee, please read our guidelines that must be followed down below in this section to the last letter for our guarantees to apply.

Failure to read these guidelines does not make them go away and applies to all customers! Thank you!

1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have a guardian make the purchase for you.

2. You must give them a proper minimum 30-day quarantine/adjustment period. This means that...

  • Geckos are housed individually within those 30 days. Please do not put your new gecko in a preexisting gecko's enclosure. This causes nothing but stress for all geckos involved.

  • Geckos are not to be bred within those 30 days. A number of factors can have adverse effects on a gecko if being bred in a new environment they are not fully acclimated to yet, especially females.

3. You must not resell/flip the geckos

  • Our guarantees apply for the original customer making the purchase. As soon as a gecko is exchanged to another customer outside of our control, any and all guarantees void on our end.

4. Proper care must be given

  • If there is any sort of health-related issue or untimely death, we will ask for a detailed description of care being given including food being offered, heating and lighting methods, etc.

6. You contact us within 1 hour of your package arriving

  • If your package was held at your local FedEx hub for pickup, contact must be made within 1 hour of the picked-up stamp time on tracking as well as being picked up the same day it arrives at the hub

Dropped Tails

Please be aware that Leopard Geckos can and will drop their tails if they are under stress or feel threatened. We have shipped many geckos across the US and of those many shipped out, a gecko has not dropped its tail once while in transit.

So, although this is an extremely rare occurrence, it is not unheard of that they drop their tails while in transit to their new homes, because this is not in our control, we do not cover for dropped tails, In the unlikely event that this does occur, and you need help with precautions to take while your gecko is regenerating its new tail, we will be happy to assist.
